Stage 4: Warehouse Verification. Professional team inspect commodity integrity within 3 working days, send inspection result via email timely.
Stage 5: Final After-Sales Settlement. Complete refund, exchange or credit deposit after inspection pass, finish whole after-sales procedure smoothly.
Stage 6: Special Exclusion. Custom personalized orders terminate after-sales right once produced, no lifecycle return application supported.
